It had a great beat as the tune pumped through my earbuds, encouraging my body to move faster.  Oh, yeah!  Nothing like a great song to keep me going!  Sometimes we need just the right the songs for a strong workout, don’t we?  There are several Christian artists making terrific music that I love having on my playlist.  Their music is fast-paced and motivating.  Here are my 22 Awesome Christian Songs For The Epic Workout Playlist.

Are you looking for some songs to inspire you in your workout? Songs that will help get you moving both physically and spiritually? Here are 22 Awesome Christian Songs For The Epic Workout Playlist.

Get Back Up by TobyMac – sometimes we just need to get back up during our workout!

Oxygen by Lincoln Brewster – OK, I think Lincoln is one of the extremely few artists who truly appreciates a ‘wicked’ guitar solo!  I think he has one in every song!

Through Your Eyes by Britt Nicole – this is her newly released single.  I love it!  Why not meditate on how God sees us instead of how the magazines say we ought to look.  Good reminder as we workout!

Praise Like Fireworks by Rend Collective Experiment.  Exercise is a great time to spend praising God…and sometimes my routine makes my body feel like fireworks – OUCH!

Alive by Hillsong Young And Free – oh, yeah!  I feel ALIVE when I commit to exercising regularly!

Wake by Hillsong Young & Free ft Taya Smith – nothing like a morning workout to wake you up!

God Is On The Move by 7eventh Time Down – I think we need a bit of rock mixed in here.

Ready Or Not by Britt Nicole – ready or not…just do it!

Restart by Newsboys – sometimes we need a ‘restart’ in our fitness and health journey!

Ready Set Go by Royal Tailor – kind of goes with ‘ready or not’!

Thank God for Something by Hawk Nelson – yes, I am sure you can find something to thank God for as you finish off those crunches!

This is Living by Hillsong Young & Free – if it hurts, you are living;)  Just a reminder, girlfriend!

Sold Out by Hawk Nelson – be sold out for Jesus and your exercise routine.

Remain by Royal Tailor – there will be times when we don’t have the energy to work through an entire program…but one thing will remain and that is our Lord – He loves you!!

Gold by Britt Nicole – Never forget, you are GOLD!

You Are by Colton Dixon – I just love this song!  Glorifying God for who He is!

Shake Heaven by Montell Jordan and Beckah Shae – might as well shake heaven with those awesome jazzercise moves!

The One I’m Running To by 7eventh Time Down – keep your eye on the prize!  Run to Him!

Made New by Lincoln Brewster – it’s time for another guitar solo.

Faithful by Steve Fee – He is faithful…even to helping us get through a tough workout!

Ever Lifting by Christy Nockels – when the workout gets tough, we need Him to lift us up!

The River by Jordan Feliz – warning…this one might make you thirsty!  Remember to drink your water!

What songs would you add to my list?  Which one from my list would you like to add to yours?

I hope these songs encourage and inspire your workout!

    Great list, Aimee.

I just finished a 7 day blog challenge today and our last assignment was to link to blog we like.

I linked to yours. I love everything here. You do such a great job.

Here’s the link so you can read it if you like.

    • Thank you, Deborah! You have encouraged my heart so much!

Great list! I think I would add Holy Moment by Superchick (dating myself a bit I think!), Sugar Rush by Joy Electric, Moses by the W’s, All About You by Nate Sallie, The Happy Song by Delirious?, Blessed Be Your Name by Tree 63, Look What You’ve DOne for Me by Tree 63, Take my Life by Jeremy Camp, Battle Cry by Michael Gungor….Okay, so it’s it’s own list, but great songs I put on when I need to energize my cleaning, which is sort of like working out, right? 🙂
