Sometimes, we all need a little ‘pick me up’ in the bedroom.  Something that will help fuel the flames, get the blood flowing, and get us ‘in the mood’.  Especially since that ‘mood’ doesn’t always suddenly appear.  And let’s face it, there are seasons in life when that the only action our bedroom sees is us kicking our hubbies in the middle of the night when he starts snoring.  **I’m not the only one who does that, right??  So, here are some of my favorite resources to help fire up the bedroom with my Top Sex Secrets From A Work Of Grace.

It is easy to fall into a rut when it comes to bedroom activities. But it’s also easy to get out of with the right ‘tools’! Here are my Top Sex Secrets From A Work Of Grace. BTW – life is short…be purposeful in having fun with your hubby:0

No, these are not scandalous websites.  Just a few ladies I know who regularly offer support for wives in the bedroom.

My friend, Alicia from Your Vibrant Family, has some great ideas and tips to help wives in this area.  I trust her information and thoughts.  Here are her most popular posts on the topic:

Why Christian Marriages Need More Sex Than Ever

Another dear friend of mine, Rosilind from A Little R & R, had a contributor post that is a great read: The Day the Lord Invaded My Sex Life

My friend, Arabah Joy has some great posts on this topic as well.

I’ve also seen some good stuff from Holy, Hot & Humorous.  I follow J.Parker on Facebook and she sure has some funny posts.  She doesn’t ‘beat around the bush’ with her information.  I love how straightforward and direct she is.

Sheila Wray Gregoire also has some good stuff on her blog.  Sheila is also straightforward and direct.

I read Kevin Leman’s book, Sheet Music, about 10 years ago…and I wished I’d had it when Marcus and I were first married!

Intended For Pleasure is another Biblical based book on the topic.

I haven’t read this book, yet, but the reviews are good.  I’ll be purchasing it very soon – should we start a book club for it???  HAHA!

Massage Oil

It’s always better slippery, right?  Massage oil has become a staple in our bedroom;)  Use liberally…

Last year, I wrote a review of Jami Balmet’s Rekindling Romance package.  I was able to get my hands on it through the Homeschool Build Your Bundle sale last year (Hey, even us homeschool moms wish to reignite the heat & passion!).

I loved all of the contents of this package.  And guess what?!?!  I was just over at her site and the entire package is on SALE!  HALF PRICE!

Here is what you get in this bundle: The Rekindling Romance eKit, 90 Date Night Questions printables, How to Plan a Marriage Retreat for Two, and 30 Days of Loving Your Husband!  (Please note: this is NOT an affiliate link – just one blogger supporting another).

I’ve mentioned The Dating Divas before…but they are worth mentioning again here.  The printables on their site are fantastic.  I bought the ‘subscription’ box for my hubby this past Christmas in an effort to help me with my lack of desire…I share about this fight in this post.  The Dating Divas has tons of ideas for intimacy, romance, and marriage.  Spend some time exploring the site – you’ll have fun;)

Health Helps

I’ve mentioned in posts before how a healthy lifestyle will promote healthy intimacy in marriage.  When your diet consists of junk food, fast food, microwave meals, and a bunch of processed foods, you are going to feel lousy, making good sex the last thing on your mind.  What you put in your body is important for all around health.  Eat your veggies and fruit.  Cook as many meals at home as possible (it always tastes better anyway).

Don’t get me wrong, I am not a health nut – I still enjoy junk food once in a while.  My latest craze addiction is these huge chocolate covered pretzels – they are SO YUMMY!

But…the key is moderation.
